WE BUILD THE SOFTWARE BUSINESSES RUN ON

Internal tools, customer platforms and the automation in between. A small studio that designs, builds and keeps running the systems a business depends on every day.

The models and the search behind vlipa

Two ways in

One assistant. A company around it, or nobody at all.

Everything vlipa has built sits behind one sign-in, and the sign-in opens onto whichever of these you need. The same Vlipa answers in both; what changes is who else is in the room.

For a company

Vlipa for Business

The workspace a company signs into together. You open it, invite your people, hand out roles, and the work has somewhere to live.

  • Tasks across the week, and Vlipa dividing them
  • Tables you can paste Excel into, and take back out as Excel, CSV or PDF
  • Meetings in the browser, with screen sharing
  • Groups, departments, roles and invite codes
  • Members: what everybody finished, day by day

Vlipa Personal

The same assistant with nobody else in it. No company to invent, no roles to hand out — you sign in and start talking.

  • Vlipa, in whatever language you write in
  • Vlipa Studio: describe a site, watch it get built, publish it
  • Skills — what you would otherwise say at the start of every chat
  • History kept on the account, not in one browser
  • A copy of everything, and a button that deletes the lot

What we do

Seven things, one workspace.

This is what Vlipa for Business is made of, and all of it is built and running today. A company opens an account, invites its people, and finds the assistant, the chat, the sheets, the board and the meeting rooms already there. On a personal account the first three come with you; the rest need a company around them.

01

Vlipa AI

The assistant the whole company shares. Ask it in any language, and when the answer is a page rather than a paragraph — where work gets handed out, where the sheets are — it offers to take you there and waits for you to say yes.

02

Vlipa Studio

Describe a site and watch it get built. Vlipa opens the project, writes the files, edits them in place and shows the result — then hands you a zip or puts it online.

03

Vlipa Write

Documents and reports, written or reworked to order. It can also read the company's own tasks and write the report on them itself.

04

Groups

The company's own channels, opened by whoever runs it. General is open to everyone from the day they join; the rest is yours to divide.

05

Tables

A real sheet: type across it, paste a block straight out of Excel, and it saves as you go. Vlipa will design the columns and fill the rows it honestly can — and say which ones it left for you. Take the whole thing back out as Excel, CSV or a PDF.

Tasks

A board everybody works from, and behind it the distribution: who is carrying what, how it sits across the departments, and Vlipa dividing the open work without anything changing hands until you say so.

Meetings & team

Video rooms nobody needs an account for, with the camera and microphone settled before anybody can see you and the controls where you expect them. Around them: roles, departments and an invite code that brings somebody in.

Meet Vlipa, our own assistant.

Built here, running in the studio, free to try. Ask it anything and pick how it should answer: straight away, or after it has thought about it.

Fast Answers straight away. For quick questions and short edits.
Thinking Takes the long route: weighs the options first, then commits to an answer.

Process

How a project actually runs.

No black box. You know what is being built, what it costs and what state it is in, from the first conversation to the version in production.

01

Discovery

We sit with the people doing the work, follow the process as it is today and write down where it breaks.

02

Scope

What is in, what is out, how long and how much. Signed off before anyone opens an editor.

03

Build

Two-week rounds, each ending in something you can click. Direction changes here cost nothing.

04

Launch & care

Migration, training, handover. Then monitoring, updates and the fixes that come after real use.

Principles

Four things we do not bend on.

Scope before estimates.

We write down what is being built and what is not, then put a price on it. Anything outside that is priced before the work starts, not after.

Working software every two weeks.

You see running software throughout, not a demo at the end. Problems surface while they are still cheap to fix.

Everything is yours.

Source code, servers and accounts are in your name from the first day. Nothing is built to keep you dependent on us.

We stay after launch.

Maintenance, updates and the occasional call at an inconvenient hour are part of the work, not a separate conversation.

Stack

Tools chosen to outlive the project.

Nothing exotic. We work with technologies another team could pick up without a translator, so the software stays maintainable long after we hand it over.

Small team, long projects, few clients at a time.

Design, engineering, infrastructure and data sit in one team, so responsibility never gets passed around. Every project runs with the same people from the first sketch to the version in production.

One team, start to finish The people who scoped your project are the ones who build and maintain it.
Written before built Scope, decisions and handover notes exist on paper, not only in someone's head.
Built to be handed over Documented, conventional and readable, so another team could take it tomorrow.
vlipa, yours to use The workspace we run our own projects in — tasks, tables, groups, meeting rooms, your team and Vlipa AI — or the same assistant on an account of your own, with no company around it.
